By accessing DestinAI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. We've kept them as plain as we could.
Acceptance of terms
You must be at least 16 years of age to use DestinAI, in line with EU GDPR rules around minors and digital consent. By creating an account or otherwise accessing the service, you accept these Terms.
Nature of the service
DestinAI provides AI-generated vocational suggestions matched to global standards (ISCED, ISCO, O*NET, ESCO, etc.). Matches are non-binding recommendations to support your career decisions, they are not legal, medical, financial, or educational counsel.
The AI counselor
The counselor operates as an automated system that predicts vocational alignments through LLM-based vector interpolation against international taxonomies. DestinAI is not liable for career outcomes, educational investments, or subsequent professional decisions taken on the basis of its output.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your session is your explicit responsibility. We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication in Settings → Security.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to scrape the matching index, reverse-engineer the model, automate counselor sessions, submit deliberately misleading data to manipulate matches, or use the service to derive recommendations for third parties without their consent.
Intellectual property
DestinAI's interface, matching architecture, vector pipelines, and the DestinAI brand are proprietary. The ESCO dataset and other international standards are published by their respective agencies under open licences. You retain full ownership of the conversational content you submit.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to your rights under your local consumer-protection law.
