1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 16 years of age to utilize DestinAI. Our service provides AI-generated vocational suggestions matching the European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations (ESCO) framework. These are non-binding recommendations.

2. Artificial Intelligence Engine

The AI Counselor operates as an automated system predicting vocational alignments utilizing LLM-based vector interpolation. While we strive for accuracy, DestinAI is not liable for career outcomes, educational investments, or subsequent professional disruptions.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your secure cryptographic session is your explicit responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

The visual designs, Glassmorphism libraries, matching architecture, and "DestinAI" brand are proprietary properties. The ESCO dataset remains public domain mapped in accordance with EU Commission regulations.
