Data Processing & Sovereignty
All processing of personal data occurs within the European Union. Our primary databases and servers are hosted in EU data centers. Any sub-processors we utilize, such as OpenAI for embedding generation, are bound by strict Data Processing Addendums that ensure your data remains within the EU and is never used to train their models.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you retain absolute sovereignty over your data. You have the right to access, export, rectify, restrict processing of, and delete your personal data. The Right to be Forgotten is fully supported through automated account deletion processes available in your Settings.
