About DestinAI
DestinAI is an automated vocational guidance platform designed to map human psychological traits to global labor markets. By replacing traditional, static questionnaires with an adaptive, conversational model, we aim to uncover deeper, more accurate professional alignments.
Our mission is to help individuals discover work they were fundamentally built for, while strictly adhering to transparent and standardised international frameworks like ISCED, CIP, EQF, ISCO, O*NET, ESCO, US standards, and UNESCO guidelines.
Research & Methodology
The core matching algorithm relies on a multidimensional vector space. Conversational inputs are translated into a high-dimensional vector representing cognitive style, work motivations, and value priorities.
This personal vector is then compared against thousands of standardized occupations using cosine similarity. The result is a mathematically grounded ranking of professions, free from the marketing jargon of typical job titles, mapped across global and European standards.
Compliance & Standards
DestinAI operates as a transparent AI system in alignment with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and global guidelines. Users are explicitly informed that they are interacting with an AI counselor. The system does not make automated decisions that affect employment rights or legal status.
All matches are purely advisory. We maintain full transparency regarding our data sources (UNESCO, European Standards, US O*NET, etc.) and the mathematical principles driving our recommendations.
